It says:Actions have consequences. If the protagonist screws up, he or she has to deal with those results ... and, if the person is smart, he or she will remember not to make that mistake again! The characters grow and change, learn new skills, get better at old skills, mature and gain wisdom

I say: You should learn from your mistakes so that they don't happen again so that you don't have to face the same consequences again.

And so: Even though everybody makes mistakes you should learn from them so that they don't happen again.

(I know this picture is kinda lame but it shows narutos mistake and the

consequences of it. So i guess he shouldn't be having knifes in his mouth if he doesn't want this to happen again :p )
